QUIZZER لعبة جماعية تُدار من تطبيق على iPad أو iPhone، ويشارك اللاعبون والحكم من صفحة ويب على هواتفهم. صممناها لتجمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات، ولا نبيع أي بيانات ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.

حساب المضيف

يحتاج من يدير اللعبة (المضيف) إلى حساب لبدء مباراة أو للشراء، حتى يبقى رصيده واحداً على كل أجهزته. أما اللاعبون الذين يدخلون من الهاتف عبر رمز QR فلا يحتاجون إلى حساب.

ما نحفظه: الاسم الذي تكتبه، وبريدك الإلكتروني، ورقم هاتفك، ورصيد الألعاب، ومشترياتك داخل التطبيق (رقم العملية من Apple، والباقة، والسعر والعملة، والتاريخ)، وإيصالات الشراء، والمباريات التي استُخدم فيها رصيد، والألعاب المرقّمة التي لعبتها، والأجهزة المسجّل دخولها (اسم الجهاز وطرازه ونسخة التطبيق)، حتى تتمكن من رؤيتها وتسجيل الخروج منها.
رمز الدخول: بريدك الإلكتروني هو ما تسجّل به الدخول. نرسل إليه رمزاً من 6 أرقام عن طريق خدمة البريد في Cloudflare، ويصلها بريدك والرمز فقط لإرساله. لا نحفظ الرمز نفسه، وتنتهي صلاحيته بعد 5 دقائق.
إيصالات الشراء: نرسل إلى بريدك إيصالاً بعد كل عملية شراء، وإشعاراً قصيراً إذا استُردّت العملية. يحمل الإيصال اسمك وبريدك وتفاصيل العملية، ويمرّ عبر خدمة البريد نفسها.
رقم الهاتف: نطلبه عند إنشاء الحساب لنتواصل معك بشأن حسابك عند الحاجة. لا نتحقق منه ولا نرسل إليه رموزاً.
لماذا: لتسجيل الدخول، وحفظ رصيدك ومشترياتك على كل أجهزتك، وإرسال إيصالات الشراء، ومنع إساءة استخدام اللعبة المجانية، ومطابقة الاسترداد الذي تبلّغنا به Apple.
عنوان IP: نستخدمه فقط للحدّ من محاولات الدخول المتكررة، ونحفظ منه بصمة مشفّرة لا تكشف العنوان لمدة يومين ثم تُحذف.

حذف الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← الحساب ← «حذف الحساب». عندها نمسح اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك فوراً، ونسجّل خروج كل أجهزتك، ونحذف تقدّمك في الألعاب المرقّمة، ويسقط رصيدك المتبقي ولا يمكن استرجاعه، ولا نرسل إليك أي رسالة بعد ذلك. نُبقي سجلّ المشتريات والإيصالات (رقم الإيصال، والباقة، والمبلغ، ورقم العملية، والتاريخ) واستخدام الرصيد دون اسم أو بريد أو رقم أو جهاز، لأن Apple قد تبلّغنا لاحقاً باسترداد، ولكي تبقى الحسابات المالية صحيحة. ونفصل بيانات الاستخدام (أدناه) عن الحساب المحذوف.

بيانات الاستخدام

حتى نعرف ما الذي يعمل وما الذي يحتاج إلى إصلاح، يرسل تطبيق iPad وiPhone إلى خادمنا على Cloudflare أحداثاً عن استخدامه:

ما يُرسل: الشاشات التي تُفتح، وبدء المباريات والجولات وانتهاؤها (النمط والقسم ومدة الجولة والنقاط)، وعدد اللاعبين في كل فريق، وطريقة العرض على التلفزيون، وفتح المتجر ونتيجة الشراء، والأخطاء (انقطاع الاتصال، تعذّر تحديث المحتوى، أخطاء المتجر)، ونوع الجهاز (iPad أو iPhone) ونسخة iOS واللغة والمنطقة ونسخة التطبيق.
المعرّفات: معرّف عشوائي لكل تثبيت للتطبيق (يتغيّر إذا حذفت التطبيق وثبّته من جديد، وليس معرّف الإعلانات)، ومعرّف عشوائي لكل تشغيل، ومعرّف حسابك إن كنت مسجّلاً، فهذه البيانات مرتبطة بحسابك.
ما لا يُرسل أبداً: اسمك أو أسماء اللاعبين، وبريدك الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف، ونصوص الأسئلة والإجابات، وأي نص تكتبه، ورمز الغرفة، وموقعك.
خادم المباراة: يحفظ عند انتهاء كل غرفة ملخصاً بالأرقام فقط: مدتها وأقصى عدد للهواتف المتصلة وعدد شاشات المتصفح وإعادات اتصال المضيف.
لماذا: لتحسين اللعبة: نعرف أي الأنماط والأقسام يحبها الناس، وأين تتوقف المباريات، وما الأخطاء التي تحتاج إلى إصلاح، وهل ينجح الشراء.
المدة: نحذف الأحداث نفسها بعد 90 يوماً. ونحذف الملخص اليومي لكل تثبيت بعد 400 يوم من آخر استخدام. ونُبقي الأعداد اليومية الإجمالية (دون أي معرّف) لمقارنة الأشهر.
الإيقاف: أوقف «مشاركة بيانات الاستخدام» من الإعدادات، فيتوقف التطبيق عن الإرسال ويحذف ما لم يُرسل بعد. ولا يتأثر بذلك اللعب.

لا نستخدم هذه البيانات للتتبّع، ولا نجمعها مع بيانات من شركات أخرى، ولا نشاركها مع جهات إعلانية، ولا نبيعها. لذلك لا يطلب التطبيق إذن التتبّع. يرى الخادم عنوان IP فقط للحدّ من الإساءة، ولا نحفظه مع هذه البيانات.

صفحة الهاتف

تحفظ صفحة اللعب في التخزين المحلي (local storage) لمتصفح هاتفك فقط:

معرّف جلسة عشوائياً، حتى يعود هاتفك إلى المباراة نفسها إذا انقطع الاتصال.
الاسم الذي كتبته والفريق الذي اخترته.
رمز آخر غرفة دخلتها.

تبقى هذه البيانات على هاتفك، ويمكنك حذفها بمسح بيانات الموقع من إعدادات المتصفح.

خادم المباراة

تمرّ الأسماء ورسائل اللعبة (مثل ضغطات الزر وقرارات الحكم) عبر خادم الترحيل الخاص بنا على Cloudflare، لتشغيل المباراة المباشرة فقط. لا نحتفظ بها، وتُحذف الغرفة نفسها بعد 12 ساعة من عدم النشاط. وكأي موقع على الإنترنت، قد يعالج مزوّد الاستضافة (Cloudflare) بيانات تقنية مثل عنوان IP لتوصيل الصفحة وحماية الخدمة.

تحسين الأسئلة

حتى نصحّح الأسئلة الخاطئة ونحسّنها، يرسل تطبيق iPad وiPhone إلى خادم المحتوى الخاص بنا على Cloudflare:

نتائج الأسئلة دون أسماء: في نهاية كل مباراة، لكل سؤال لُعب: هل أجاب عنه أحد، وعدد الإجابات الخاطئة، وإجابات TOP 10 التي كُشفت، وعلامات كلمات «لا تشوف». لا تُرسل نتائج مباريات التدريب، ويمكنك إيقاف ذلك من الإعدادات («شارك نتائج الأسئلة لتحسينها»).
بلاغات الحكم: عندما يضغط الحكم «بلّغ عن السؤال» يُرسل السؤال المعنيّ والسبب، والملاحظة أو الإجابة المقترحة إن كتبها. لا تكتب فيها معلومات شخصية.

لا يحتوي أيٌّ منهما على أسماء اللاعبين، ولا رمز الغرفة، ولا أي معرّف للجهاز أو للحساب. نستخدم هذه البيانات لتحسين الأسئلة فقط.

ويسأل التطبيق الخادم نفسه عن الأسئلة الجديدة ويحمّلها، ولا يرسل في ذلك أي معلومات عنك أو عن اللاعبين.

لا إعلانات ولا تتبّع

لا يحتوي QUIZZER على إعلانات، ولا أدوات تتبّع، ولا أدوات تحليل من جهات أخرى، ولا نبيع أي بيانات أو نشاركها مع أحد إلا مزوّد الخدمة المذكور أعلاه (Cloudflare للاستضافة ولإرسال البريد الإلكتروني) بالقدر اللازم فقط.

المشتريات داخل التطبيق

تعالج Apple جميع المشتريات داخل التطبيق. لا تصلنا بيانات الدفع الخاصة بك؛ تصلنا من Apple تفاصيل العملية فقط (رقمها والباقة والسعر والتاريخ) لنضيف الألعاب إلى حسابك ونصدر لك إيصالاً.

تطبيق iPad وiPhone

يحفظ التطبيق سجلّ المباريات التي لعبتها على جهازك فقط. لا نستطيع نحن الوصول إلى هذا السجل.

Privacy Policy

QUIZZER is a party game hosted by an app on an iPad or iPhone. Players and the referee take part from a web page on their phones. It is built to collect as little data as possible, and we never sell data or use it for advertising.

The host's account

The person who runs the game (the host) needs an account to start a match or to buy, so their balance is the same on every device. Players who join from their phones with the QR code do not need an account.

What we keep: the name you type, your email address, your phone number, your game balance, your in-app purchases (Apple's transaction number, the pack, the price and currency, the date), your purchase receipts, the matches a credit was used for, the numbered games you have played, and the devices signed in to your account (device name, model and app version), so you can see them and sign them out.
The sign-in code: your email address is your login. We send a 6-digit code to it through Cloudflare's email service, which receives only your address and the code, to deliver it. We do not keep the code itself, and it expires after 5 minutes.
Purchase receipts: we email you a receipt after every purchase, and a short notice if a purchase is refunded. A receipt carries your name, your email address and the details of the purchase, and goes through the same email service.
Phone number: we ask for it when you create an account, so we can contact you about your account if needed. We do not verify it and do not send codes to it.
Why: to sign you in, to keep your balance and purchases on all your devices, to send your purchase receipts, to prevent abuse of the free game, and to match refunds that Apple reports to us.
IP address: used only to limit repeated sign-in attempts. We keep a keyed hash that does not reveal the address for two days, then delete it.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time inside the app: Settings → Account → «حذف الحساب» (delete account). We then erase your name, email address and phone number at once, sign out all your devices, delete your numbered-game progress, and your remaining balance is forfeited and cannot be restored. We send you no message after that. We keep the record of purchases and receipts (the receipt number, the pack, the amount, the transaction number and the date) and of credit use without any name, email address, number or device, because Apple may report a refund later and so our accounts stay correct. Usage data (below) is unlinked from the deleted account.

Usage data

To learn what works and what needs fixing, the iPad and iPhone app sends events about how it is used to our server on Cloudflare:

What is sent: the screens opened; matches and rounds starting and ending (game mode, topic, round length and points); the number of players on each team; how the game is shown on the TV; the store being opened and the outcome of a purchase; errors (lost connection, content update failures, store errors); and the device type (iPad or iPhone), iOS version, language and region, and app version.
Identifiers: a random ID per app installation (it changes if you delete and reinstall the app, and it is not the advertising identifier), a random ID per app launch, and your account ID if you are signed in, so this data is linked to your account.
Never sent: your name or the players' names, your email address, phone numbers, the text of questions and answers, anything you type, the room code, or your location.
The match server: when a room ends it keeps a summary in numbers only: how long it lasted, the most phones connected at once, the number of browser TVs and how often the host reconnected.
Why: to improve the game: which modes and topics people enjoy, where matches stop, which errors need fixing, and whether purchases work.
How long: the events themselves are deleted after 90 days. The daily summary per installation is deleted 400 days after its last use. Daily totals without any identifier are kept to compare months.
Turning it off: switch off «مشاركة بيانات الاستخدام» (share usage data) in Settings. The app then stops sending and deletes what it has not sent yet. Playing is not affected.

We do not use this data to track you, combine it with other companies' data, share it with advertisers, or sell it. That is why the app never asks for permission to track. The server sees the IP address only to limit abuse and does not store it with this data.

The phone page

The game page stores only these items, in your phone browser's local storage:

A random session ID, so your phone can return to the same match after a dropped connection.
The name you typed and the team you picked.
The code of the last room you joined.

This data stays on your phone. You can delete it by clearing the site's data in your browser settings.

The match server

Names and game messages (such as buzzer presses and referee decisions) pass through our relay server on Cloudflare only to run the live match. We do not keep them, and the room itself is deleted after 12 hours of inactivity. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the page and protect the service.

Improving the questions

To fix wrong questions and make them better, the iPad and iPhone app sends this to our content server on Cloudflare:

Anonymous question results: at the end of each match, for every question played: whether anyone answered it, the number of wrong answers, which TOP 10 answers were found, and the marks of the لا تشوف words. Practice matches are never sent, and you can turn this off in Settings («شارك نتائج الأسئلة لتحسينها», share question results).
Referee reports: when the referee taps «بلّغ عن السؤال» (report this question), the question concerned, the reason, and the note or suggested answer if one was typed. Please do not put personal information in it.

Neither contains player names, the room code, or any device or account identifier. We use this data only to improve the questions.

The app also asks the same server for new questions and downloads them; these requests carry nothing about you or the players.

No ads, no tracking

QUIZZER has no ads, no tracking and no third-party analytics. We do not sell or share any data, except with the service provider named above (Cloudflare for hosting and for sending email), and only as far as needed.

In-app purchases

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment details; Apple sends us only the transaction details (its number, the pack, the price and the date) so we can add the games to your account and issue your receipt.

The iPad and iPhone app

The app keeps the history of the matches you played on your device only. We cannot access it.
